• 2Communicate with passengers effectively to reduce the likelihood of behavioural disturbances
• 3Manage incidents of behavioural disturbance calmly and effectively
• 4Respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
• 5Deal with emergency situations safely and professionally
• 6Promote professional driving standards
• 7Understand the importance of safeguarding and specific staff responsibilities
• 8Identify risks during transport and related activities
• 9Know how to respond to and report concerns

Driver CPC Periodic Training Certificate (7 hours)
